Moodpep: Online self-help program for young people (18-30) with mood problems

If you have a login code: You can click above on the “Login” button to log in and go to the secured website with the self-help program.

Moodpep helps people to improve their mood by working on lessons and assignments. The program is completely online and takes 6-8 weeks (1-2 hours a week). The program can be followed at times and places that suit you. There is regular contact with a coach.

The program is only accessible for people who have signed up to participate in the program and who have already received a login code.
